Each day includes:
Somatic Vision Practices — experiential sessions exploring physical therapy vision activities, color and light therapy, and holistic approaches to awakening the visual system.
Somatic Movement Sequence — on your yoga mat and blanket, we’ll explore gentle, fluid-based sequences that help release deep tension patterns, enliven the fluid body, and open new pathways of awareness. These inquiries invite you to slow down, sense from within, and dissolve old holding patterns in your eyes, brain, and body.
Integration & Reflection — guided practices for nervous system and endocrine balance, journaling, and group sharing to deepen learning and embodiment.

### Deposit & Payment Schedule
* A **\$500 non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your space.
* The **remaining balance** must be paid in full by **January 15, 2026**.
* Registrations made after January 15, 2026 require full payment at the time of booking.
* **Payment plans are available** — please reach out to discuss installment options.
### Cancellation Policy
* **Before November 15, 2025:** Full refund of payments made (minus the \$500 deposit).
* **November 16 – December 31, 2025:** 50% refund of payments made (minus the \$500 deposit).
* **After January 1, 2026:** No refunds will be issued.
* If you are unable to attend, you may **transfer your registration** to another person with written notice by **February 1, 2026**.
