Most people think vision is simply about eyesight.
But if you’ve ever felt disoriented while driving, overwhelmed by visual motion, sensitive to road surfaces or curves, or strangely fatigued after conversations — you already know it’s more complex than that.
Vision lives in the nervous system.
It’s how your brain interprets space.
How your body orients in motion.
How safe do you feel as you move through the world?
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people who were told their eyes were “fine,” yet they felt anything but fine. They described symptoms such as visual overload, balance issues, perceptual distortions, or a loss of confidence behind the wheel. Many had experienced surgeries, injuries, chronic stress, or major life transitions. Their visual system wasn’t broken — it was dysregulated.
That’s where my work begins.
Rather than focusing solely on prescriptions or eye charts, I examine how vision, posture, movement, and perception interact with the nervous system. This includes gentle vision therapy, somatic regulation, craniosacral techniques, lens assessment, and iridology — all working together to help your system regain coherence.
I call this approach Perceptual Vision Care.
It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about helping your system remember how to organize itself again.
When perception becomes clearer, people often report:
• Greater ease with driving and movement
• Improved balance and spatial awareness
• Reduced visual sensitivity and fatigue
• A deeper sense of calm and presence
• More confidence navigating daily life
This spring, I’m offering a 4-week online Perceptual Vision Cohort beginning March 18, designed for those who want to explore this work in a gentle, supportive group setting. Each week, we’ll focus on practical tools for visual regulation, nervous-system resilience, and embodied perception.
Later this year, I’ll also be hosting a small in-person retreat from September 10–13 in Grover Beach, where we’ll take this work deeper through experiential sessions, hands-on guidance, and time in nature. These retreats are intentionally intimate, allowing space for real transformation rather than information overload.
Whether you’re navigating visual changes, recovering from medical procedures, or simply sensing that your perception of the world feels “off,” this work offers a different doorway — one rooted in awareness, regulation, and integration.
You don’t have to push your way back to clarity.
Your nervous system already knows how to find it.
Sometimes it just needs the right environment to do so.
If you feel curious, I invite you to join us — either online this March or in person this September.
Your vision is more than what you see.
It’s how you experience being alive.
