3. Build a plan. This program is outlined for 90 days, but the benefits are meant to last a lifetime. This program will give you the tools and resources for you to build a system to fuel a healthier and happier life, but I know getting started is the hardest part. Take some time to clean out unhealthy foods from the kitchen and plan out your meal strategy.
