The Berne Method™ is a process that helps people discover the power to create their vision, both how they see physically and how they experience the world! The eye is an amazing tool that gives us access to our deepest spiritual truths. As we remove the veils, our true expression comes forward and, instead of seeing through a hole, we begin to see the whole!
A new paradigm of wellness emerges that is both personally sustainable and simple. The eyes become our portal for balancing both spiritual and systemic health.
The Berne Method uses many tools to help us create our personal vision. Join me for a workshop to experience this amazing process of transformation!
The Development of The Berne Method™
The Berne Method™ is a practice that helps create coherence of body, eyes and heart by combining both ancient and modern scientific and mystical practices. It was born from many years of experience helping people create their personal vision (their unique way of seeing physically), beginning with my work as a behavioral optometrist.
The Berne Method™ is a pathway that leads to transformation. It is a way to begin dissolving the perceptual filters that culture, family and conditioning instill in each of us. If we can imagine ourselves as patterns of light and information within a unified field of consciousness, we open the doorway to receive miracles.
Through attunement practices and experiences, The Berne Method helps validate people's birthright of becoming aware of that unified field of oneness. All of us carry our own perceptions, belief systems, attitudes, emotional responses, etc. The tools presented in my workshops help us recognize those limited perceptions and change and release them. The less we try, the more effective the transformation.
Whenever you encounter something new, for example, I recommend going into it with a cup completely empty. Be surprised, astounded, child-like in your awareness. Vision is our dominant sense, so when we start playing with our vision in other dimensions, we can see amazing changes. It takes letting go, trusting and, most of all, not trying. [so when we start playing with and altering our expected visual environment].
Change starts with the morphic field. Sometimes called the habit field, it was first discovered by Rupert Sheldrake, a developmental biologist. The morphic field is defined as a pattern of energy and action organized by similar "units" or beings. These fields contain inherent memory. Your view of life at any moment depends on what morphic field you put your attention on.
The Berne Method™ allows you to enter a space of more possibility. It is a practice that puts each person in charge of his or her own process. This is not a cure-all, but it shows you a way to enter a new and more powerful morphic field. The more we invest our awareness in flexible practices and ideas, the more likely transformation will occur.
I encourage people to blink and allow. I am talking about leaving the molecular ideas of healing and entering the quantum world.
Quantum healing is faster than a blink. Healing does not need to take time; healing can be instantaneous. We normally observe changes playing out over time, because that fits our rules and our perceptual expectations. Instantaneous transformation is possible, but most of us have been conditioned to believe it is not observable it the moment. If your rule set says healing takes time, then it does.
True science is based on the attitude of "I don't know, let me find out." But as a culture, we have become the modern version of the three blind men with the elephant. One feels the elephant's foot, one feels his body, one feels his trunk, and they all say different things in describing the elephant.
With today's healthcare, you can imagine going to 10 specialists and each one diagnoses you with a disease within their field of expertise. You may or may not have that disease, but they diagnose your condition as the closest match in their field of practice. You receive biased diagnoses based on their field of practice. In medicine (where I began as an optometrist), we are taught to find a label to apply. So you will get a label, because if you don't receive a label then the doctors have failed as specialists. We all buy into labels. But when the labels come off, then the lid of reality loosens. When we don't look inside to see something expected, what shows up in the moment is grace.
In the Berne Method™, the universal principles offered provide a context for how our energy works as we move toward a consciousness of harmony.
Our eyes hold the secrets to experiencing this attunement.
